By day Marianne works as an Editor at an academic publisher, and by night she loves to write fiction. When she’s not reading or writing she enjoys cooking, quilting or sewing, or riding around the countryside on her motorbike. Marianne's first novel, The Gilded Crown, was published by HarperCollins in 2023. The second in the Raven's Trade duology, The Antlered King will be released in early 2025.
