Phoenicia Rogerson writes as part of a quest to add as many books to the world as she’ll read over her lifetime. Deep down, she knows this isn’t how numbers work, or books, but she ran the calculations when she was eight and you don’t mess with that. When she’s not writing, she can be found filling her flat with knitted goods and swimming in freezing water. No-one has ever accused her of being sensible.  Her first novel, Herc, was published in August 2023.
